Completed a 1
year assignment working in Project Controls as a senior level scheduler in
P6 for a major Construction EPC Pipeline group. Managing 2 major growth
portfolios. Project Cost Estimate is approximately 276K, Second initiative
project is estimated at 310K +. I have extensive experience with
pipeline and facilities engineering deliverables. I also possess knowledge
of the Federal Environmental Regulatory Commission (FERC) schedule of
activities as well as PHMSA compliances.
Scheduling work
for projects scope that involve Pipeline Looping, Multiple Compressor /
Meter Stations , Greenfield, Brownfield, and metering stations, mainline
valve settings (MLV) and point of delivery to large LNG facilities along
the northeast primarily. Most are engineering and piping modifications with
bidirectional being installed for exports north and south. I also has
offshore experience in platform and riser construction and production
pipeline drilling operations. Strong in working with FEL/ FEED/ EPC Capital
Projects with precedent agreements and open seasons in a fast paced
environment where optimized schedules are of great importance along with
concern for risk management and good analysis of critical path.”
§ Responsible for leading the planning and scheduling of
Capital EPC/ LNG Pipeline Upstream/Midstream/Downstream projects through
the complete project life cycles, gates processes. Scheduled all phases
from Business Development conceptual Initiation, design, FEED, through
commissioning on Major EPC Capital projects.
§ Lead the scheduling, prioritization,
and analysis for multiple Engineering and Project Delivery
Capital/Maintenance projects, including project groups such as Engineering,
Natural Resource Permitting, Regulatory, Legal, and others.
§ Analyzed projects actual versus planned
progress to determine trends; analyzes trends and works with project team
to identify risk mitigating strategies or exploitation of opportunities.
§ Determined the impacts and significance
of obstacles/changes in execution of the work plan, prioritized and solved
as appropriate.
§ Responsible for issue identification,
tracking and resolution both internally and externally. Created updated,
tracked and analyzed project schedules in accordance with departmental and
project requirements. Partnered with Planning and Project Team Leads,
Engineering, Procurement, and material handling to anticipate requirements
necessary to meet customer expectations and the business plan.
§ Analyzed projected cost and schedule
impacts to projects, given changes in the project plan.

participated in qualitative and quantitative cost and schedule risk
assessments.
§ Communicated schedule information
within Project Controls organization for lessons learned and best

processes and/or personnel based on data.
